Construction of a Bio-ethanol factory in Sierra Leone

• Planning, organizing, securing, and managing a (onshore / offshore) team to create and implement a bio-ethanol factory in Sierra Leone, according the specific goals set in a EPCM contract with a Swiss based Private Group and 7 International Financial Institutions (Lenders).
• management of contracts made with the Customer/Lenders, vendors, partners, or employees. This includes negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution.
• Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk
• Take into account the needs of staff and other stakeholders who will be impacted by changes brought about by the project (rollout – change management)
• Manage the risks
