Purchasing Management

  • Acquisition of goods and services in terms of best value, delivery schedules, quality and contractual conditions;
  • liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and project team on site;
  • build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers;
  • Follow-up of tenders and negotiate and agree contracts;
  • keep contract files and use them as reference for the future;
  • produce reports and statistics using computer software;
  • evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors;
  • monitoring and verification of the quality of goods/service provided;
  • process payments and invoices
  • closure of orders and evaluation of suppliers.
  • “Procurement Organization”: support, implementation and documentation of procurement procedures and standardization of contractual conditions.
  • “Reporting”: periodically report on the values of the purchases in progress, and the purchase decisions to be made.
