Purchasing Management
- Acquisition of goods and services in terms of best value, delivery schedules, quality and contractual conditions;
- liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and project team on site;
- build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers;
- Follow-up of tenders and negotiate and agree contracts;
- keep contract files and use them as reference for the future;
- produce reports and statistics using computer software;
- evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors;
- monitoring and verification of the quality of goods/service provided;
- process payments and invoices
- closure of orders and evaluation of suppliers.
- “Procurement Organization”: support, implementation and documentation of procurement procedures and standardization of contractual conditions.
- “Reporting”: periodically report on the values of the purchases in progress, and the purchase decisions to be made.
