• “Procurement Execution” means the acquisition of goods and services under the best contractual conditions. Follow-up of tenders and participation in negotiations and selection of suppliers. Coordination signing PO, monitoring and verification of deliveries including insurance / guarantees, complaints, technical problems, closure of orders and evaluation of suppliers.
• “Procurement Organization”: support, implementation and documentation of procurement procedures and standardization of contractual conditions.
• “Reporting”: periodically report on the values of the purchases in progress, and the purchase decisions to be made.
